My target audience are for students who already attend the college ages 16-18, and with this in mind I included suitable subtitles which would interest them such as exam results and new offers inside the college. Whilst making my magazine, I think my target audience may have changed more to girls than boys. This is because the colour scheme is quite girly, using shades of purple, white and pink. Also, it would be more typical for a woman to pick up the magazine cover and read it.
When creating my magazine cover I found that it was quite hard than I would have expected. Separating the photograph - the picture from the background was quite difficult as I had to try to not make it look scruffy. After I had come to terms with the program Photoshop, I became more comfortable with editing my picture. If I were to re do my magazine, I would have taken a picture that was closer to the models face. I feel my picture was not quite a mid close up and because of this the audience may not be as attracted to the magazine.

I think the end result of my magazine cover was quite plain and boring. If I had some more time to spend on it, I would have added more pictures and a more interesting background. I would have also thought more about the presentation of my headlines, and not left spaces where another headline could have been placed.
